Kenneth Staats is the
President and Principal
Engineer of the Company and
oversees all design and
contracting activities. He
is a Licensed Civil Engineer
and Licensed Engineering and
Well Drilling Contractor.
Kenneth also is an expert
witness for construction
defect, non disclosure and
standard of care issues for
structural, seismic,
retaining wall and soil
stability, drainage,
and sewage.
Kenneth has 29 years
experience in both public
and private sector
projects. He has directed a
wide variety of civil,
survey, design and
construction projects
including Schools,
Industrial, Housing,
Parking, Roads, Hotels, and
Restaurants. In addition to
design work, his Project
Management and Inspection
projects include,
Underground, Paving,
Drainage, Concrete,
Retaining Walls, Structures
and Foundations, Survey,
Excavation, Compaction and
Off-haul.
His Engineering and Business
Management skills include
running a successful Design,
Construction and Inspection
Firm, Public Works

structures for both the California
Earthquake Authority and private
residences. He has performed in
excess of 1200 structural and

and residential sites. Kenneth is

concrete, and steel structures and
still is actively involved in the
installation phases of his

engineering. He specializes

foundations, and seismic
upgrades. In addition to
design work, his Project
Management and Inspection
experience include
Underground, Drainage,
Concrete, and Retaining Walls.
Bryan has fourteen years
