Kenneth is the President and Principal Engineer of the Company and oversees all design and contracting
activities. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer and Licensed Engineering and Well Drilling Contractor.
Kenneth also is an expert witness for construction defect, non disclosure and standard of care issues for
structural drainage, seismic, retaining wall and soil stability.

John Miller is a senior consulting engineer for EDC and has over 30 years of experience with the
structural design and management of public, private and military projects. He has directed the structural
design of numerous schools, hospitals, hotels, detention facilities, parking garages, research facilities,
commercial structures, housing projects, industrial buildings and blast resistant structures, bridges, and
hydraulic structures.

Bryan G. Talmadge, P.E.

Bryan Talmadge is a senior consulting engineer for EDC. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer and provides
design and inspection services for all phases of our projects and forensic engineering. He specializes in
the structural design of retaining walls, foundations, and seismic upgrades.

Travis Lutz is a senior consulting engineer for EDC. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer in both California
and Colorado and provides specialized Civil Design and inspection services for all phases of public and
private projects. Travis also specializes in Rainwater harvesting and Graywater collection.

Terence Garvey is a senior consulting engineer for EDC and has over 20 years experience in the
engineering field as a technician and engineer. He specializes in site development for commercial,
institutional, educational, and residential projects. He has a background in hydraulic modeling and
simulation using HEC-RAS software.
