EDC specializes in dewatering, French drains and drainage systems. We provide design, drafting, and permit acquisition services for all projects, as needed. We also have a construction division to provide you with a single company for all your needs from identification of the problems through design and construction.

Our diverse construction experience, coupled with our in-house engineering design team support, allows us to provide services not typically available with traditional construction practices. Our team approach has the ability to quickly and economically address and resolve construction issues that would otherwise delay and increase the project costs.

Although EDC can repair a building's foundation, if pre-existing drainage problems aren't resolved, foundation problems can return.

Drainage systems are used to provide moisture control to:

      • Collect and remove excess surface and underground water
      • Stabilize supporting soil to minimize foundation movement
      • Control water run-off from springs, aquifers and other sources
      • Prevent water in crawl spaces causing settlement, mold, and dry rot
