Our diverse construction experience, coupled with our in-house engineering design team support, allows us to provide services not typically available with traditional construction practices. Our team approach has the ability to quickly and economically address and resolve construction issues that would otherwise delay and increase the project costs.

INTERIOR

Doors:
Doors that stick or have cracks at the corners of their frames.
Floors:
Sloping, uneven, squeaking or "sagging" floor areas.
Walls:
Wrinkles in wallpaper, cracks in sheetrock or gaps between the wall and moldings.
Windows:
Binding and sticking windows or sliding doors. Distorted window frames or broken panes. Cracks in the wall at the corner of the frame.

EXTERIOR
Stucco and Brick:
Vertical, horizontal or angular cracking.
Foundation:
Cracks in the exterior or slab foundation.
Sidewalks, Driveways, Patios and Porches:
Cracked, sloped or broken sections of concrete near the foundation.
Fascia Boards:
Gaps around fascia boards.

CRAWLSPACE
Moisture or Standing Water:
Moisture or standing water.
Piers:
Rotated, tilted or settled piers.
Foundation:
Vertical or horizontal cracking or rotation of the foundation.
Beams:
Sagging or tilted beams.

PROBABLE CAUSES:
Most of the above problems are caused by drainage or soil stability issues. These issues are typically difficult to detect and diagnose.
